AGE FRIENDLY RUN by Samitivej 2026 : วิ่งละ Young #3

Age Friendly Run by Samitivej 2026 (Wing La Young #3) is a walk-run aimed at people aged 50+ and their families, held on Sunday 13 December 2026 in the grounds of Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital, Bangkok. Distances are 1 km and 3 km (non-competitive walk-run) plus timed 5 km and 10 km races; the 10 km starts at 05:00, then 5 km at 05:10, 3 km at 05:20 and 1 km at 05:30. Entry is 700 THB per person (VIP 3,000 THB; pair package 1,000 THB). More than 100 doctors and nurses run with participants, and part of the proceeds goes to the Samitivej New Life Fund and the Sports Medicine Association of Thailand.
