The 2026 Easy Peasy Benjakitti / Lumpini Park Run

Come enjoy a casual run to keep that cardio clean!

Easy Peasy means 2-3 loops around the Benjakitti Park (1.9km per loop, or 3km inside the Forest Park) at a pace of 6.5-8minutes/km..., veteran runners are always welcome to run at their own pace. Or sometimes we just head right into the Forest Park portion, or a mix of both. Total distance usually comes to 5km (the Big loop).

**New Lumpini Park Option for 2026** To celebrate the new beautiful GreenMile connection, we might run to Lumpini Park across the GreenMile and back, depending on the group's mood. We'll try to keep it to 5-7KM distance all the same.

We'll wait five minutes before starting the run at 6:35am. If you arrive after that, simply run in the opposite direction to meet us.

Some drinking fountains work in Benjakitti, i emphasize some. Bring your own water if you think you'll need it (we do 5-7KM).

BY THE WAY: If you wake up and it's raining, the meetup may be postponed. Please Check the meetup chat. You know, it's that Thai monsoon rain thing.....

ALSO: About PM2.5 pollution: If the PM2.5 level is 100-120, I will be walking. If the PM2.5 level is above 120, the event is automatically cancelled.
