Kao Duay Dham ("Steps with Dhamma") is a charity walk-run organised by the Somdet Phra Yannasangwon Foundation of Wat Bowonniwet Vihara, now in its 10th edition. It takes place on Sunday 17 January 2027 from 05:00, starting and finishing at Lan Khon Mueang in front of Bangkok City Hall, with 5 km and 10.5 km distances. Proceeds buy medical equipment and support 19 hospitals, mainly serving patients in remote areas. Entry is 600 THB (general) or 1,100 THB (VIP); registration is via the organiser's LINE (@Kaoduaydham) and booths at Wat Bowonniwet.
