Thailand's first DEKA FIT: a 5 km run broken up by 10 functional fitness zones, held at Siam Paragon.

Spartan's DEKA FIT format arrives in Thailand for the first time. Athletes run 5 km in total, stopping at 10 fitness zones (rowing, sled, carries and the like) along the way; the average finish is around 50 minutes.

The event runs over the weekend at Siam Paragon and is pitched at every level from first-timers to competitive hybrid athletes.
